Allwin Community Outreach Day, sponsored by the Center For Business & Society, is a highlight of Orientation Week here at Tuck. First-year students get together with their study groups for the first time, and head out into the community to work on projects for local and regional nonprofit organizations. Read more about the day here.
The event concluded ended with an evening keynote speech by Seventh Generation CEO John Replogle, who calls business nothing less than the "most powerful force for transformation on earth today."
In the meantime, we just had to share our favorite photos from Allwin Day. The Upper Valley Humane Society team is pictured with Bella, a Vietnamese Potbelly Pig, while the Norwich Public Library team also appears to have made a new friend of the non-human variety.
